  • 14–29 days before the event: cancellation fee 30% of the total price
  • 7–13 days before the event: cancellation fee 60% of the total price
  • 0–6 days before the event: cancellation fee 90% of the total price
  • For hardship cases (illness, official ban, severe weather) you can file a request — way.food reviews every case individually and decides as a goodwill gesture, there is no entitlement to a particular decision
